For recreation, we have Stone
Mountain Park
on the south end of the county, featuring Some of my favorite spots are the historic towns, including Lawrenceville (the county seat), Buford (hosting an artists' colony!) and Norcross (be sure to eat at the Depot). And you can't beat the conveniences to three major shopping malls: Northlake (Tucker), Gwinnett Place (Duluth), and the fabulous new Mall of Georgia in Buford! There's also the Gwinnett Civic Center in Duluth, which is a lovely place for a play, concert, art exhibit or other event. There is something for everyone in Gwinnett! |
