BROOKWOOD LANDING Lilburn, Gwinnett County, Georgia 30047 Brookwood Landing is located in the popular Brookwood High School cluster on Five Forks Trickum Road. There is an active Homeowner's Association with an annual fee (in 2007) of $200.00. Brookwood Landing is convenient to the Five Forks Public Library, Gwinnett Place Mall, Ronald Reagan Park, Mountain Park Park and Aquatic Center, and Stone Mountain Park. Major highways are Five Forks Trickum, Ronald Reagan Parkway, Pleasant Hill Road, I-85, Hwy 124, Sugarloaf Parkway.
