Happy New Year! Welcome
to my Gwinnett County, Georgia - Northeast Metro Atlanta Real Estate
Information Center. We enjoy all four seasons in north
Georgia, including glorious Spring with flowering azaleas, dogwoods,
and bradford pears, a long Summer, a spectacular Autumn with full
color, and fairly mild Winter, usually with at least one
snowfall. The two winter pictures on this page were taken last
winter from my back yard. I

to $550,000, and have lived and worked in Gwinnett County since
1986. I'm often asked which I enjoy more -
