About Pat SabinPat Sabin Gwinnett REALTOR

Living and working in Gwinnett County and northeast Atlanta is a joy
    .
The people here are so friendly, interesting, and diverse.  We enjoy mild weather and beautiful seasonal changes, and there are so many opportunities for strolling through historic towns and public parks, and attending live theatre, concerts, and sporting events.  The north Georgia mountains are an easy day trip, and the beach is just five hours away.  What more could I want?

    Hobbies & Travel

Since college I have been an avid photographer, and I still carry my camera most of the time to photograph subdivisionAtlanta Vintage Postcard amenities, old houses, parks, cemeteries, ducks and geese, and anything else that catches my attention.  I  host several history and genealogy web sites, and as a result  I have fallen in love with vintage postcards.  I  have been collecting for about ten years, and restore vintage postcard digital images for use in documentaries, publications and print.

My daily stress reliever is a walk in one of our lovely Gwinnett County parks with my iPod.   When I have a few days off I enjoy vacationing in "lowcountry" South Carolina and East Tennessee where I am able to combine history and genealogy with family visits and beautiful scenery.

I'm fortunate to have my immediate family living here, and we see each other often for cookouts, impromptu lunches, movies and theatre. I have greatly spoiled inside cats, and one completely awful outside cat who was abandoned by his previous owner and somehow became my cat.  He's roamed the neighborhood for so many years, each neighbor  calls him by a different name.
