In 2005 Gwinnett County property taxes range $2,700-$3,800. Neighborhood amenities include landscaped entrance with stone entry monument, swimming pool, pavilion/bath house, six lighted tennis courts, playground, basketball court, and lake. There is an active Homeowner's Association. The annual fee for 2007 is $385.00. There are underground utilities, sidewalks, and street lights. Turtle Creek is convenient to I-85, Mall of Georgia, and Lake Lanier Islands.
